            Ms. Hodge is a partner in the firm of Stoneman, Chandler & Miller LLP, where she represents public and private sector management in labor, employment, and employee relations matters, including defending employers in employment related litigation and advising employers on methods and procedures to avoid litigation. 

            Ms. Hodge is active in the American Bar Association and is a member of the ABA House of Delegates.  She has served as a past member of the ABA Board of Governors, the Massachusetts State Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates, and past Chair of the ABA Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity, the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation and the Section on Civil Rights and Social Justice (formerly the Section on Individual Rights and Responsibilities).  She is also past President of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the National Conference of Bar Presidents.

            Ms. Hodge has received the ABA Section on Civil Rights and Social Justice Father Robert F. Drinan Distinguished Service Award (2023), Boston’s 50 Most Influential Asian American Pacific Islanders (2023), ABA Spirit of Excellence Award (2022), the Massachusetts Bar Association Gold Medal for outstanding legal services in Massachusetts benefiting the public, the legal profession and the Association (1999), the Boston University Alumni Association Alumni Award for Distinguished Service to the Profession (1996), and the Boston University School of Law Silver Shingle Award (1995). 

            She is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.  She also holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating and is regularly selected as a Best Lawyer and Super Lawyer.

            Ms. Hodge received a B.A. from Boston University and a J.D. and LL.M in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law.
