Ms. Hodge is a partner in the firm of Stoneman, Chandler & Miller LLP, where she represents public and private sector management in labor, employment, and employee relations matters, including defending employers in employment related litigation and advising employers on methods and procedures to avoid litigation.  She regularly represents clients before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals and has argued one case in the U.S. Supreme Court.  She is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.

Ms. Hodge is active in the American Bar Association (“ABA”) and is a member of the ABA House of Delegates currently serving as a representative of the Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Section.  She is currently the First Circuit Representative on the ABA’s Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary, the management co-chair of the State and Local Bargaining Committee of the Section on Labor & Employment Law, and a member of the Awards Committee of the Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division.  In the past, she has served as the Massachusetts State Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates, past member of the ABA Board of Governors, and past Chair of the ABA Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity, the President’s Advisory Council on Diversity, the Section on Civil Rights and Social Justice, p/k/a Individual Rights and Responsibilities and the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation.  She is also past President of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the National Conference of Bar Presidents.

Ms. Hodge has served on the Executive Committee of the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Council evaluating and recommending candidates for Massachusetts state court judicial appointments, and as a member of the Special Nominating Committee for the Supreme Judicial Court.  She has also been appointed by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to serve on the Commission to Study Racial and Ethnic Bias in the Massachusetts Courts, the Committee on Gender Equality and by the Massachusetts Chief Justice for Administration and Management to serve on the Massachusetts Trial Court Racial and Ethnic Access and Fairness Advisory Board.

Ms. Hodge currently serves on the Board of Directors of several non‑profit entities, including the Greater Boston Legal Services, Boys and Girls Clubs of Metrowest, Inc. and Advocates, Inc., a human services provider of a wide range of mental health, substance abuse and recovery services.  She also serves on the Presidential Advisory Committee of Whitman College and Boston University Law Alumni Association Executive Committee.  Her past Board service has included the American Arbitration Association, Crossroads Community Foundation, Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, Meadville/Lombard Theological School, Newbury College, Starr King School for Ministry, and United Way of Tri-County, Inc.

Ms. Hodge has received the ABA Spirit of Excellence Award (2022), the Massachusetts Bar Association Gold Medal for outstanding legal services in Massachusetts benefiting the public, the legal profession and the Association (1999), the Boston University Alumni Association Alumni Award for Distinguished Service to the Profession (1996), and the Boston University School of Law Silver Shingle Award (1995). 

Ms. Hodge received a B.A. from Boston University and a J.D. and LL.M in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law.
