Tom Delmar is an Associate Attorney at Stoneman, Chandler & Miller LLP, where he practices labor, employment, and education law. Mr. Delmar advises employers on litigation avoidance and represents municipalities and school committees in employment and labor related matters.
Mr. Delmar earned his J.D., cum laude, with a labor and employment law concentration with distinction, from Suffolk University Law School in 2013, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. He also has a Bachelor of the Arts in Politics and Law, magna cume laude, from Bryant University. During law school, Mr. Delmar was the recipient of the Academic Leadership Scholarship and interned with the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, and the City of Boston, Office of Labor Relations.
After law school, Mr. Delmar devoted his career to the field of labor and employment law, representing employers and employees with discrimination, wage, wrongful termination, whistleblower, teacher discipline, and other employment-law related cases before Massachusetts courts and MCAD. Mr. Delmar’s varied experience in both employment and labor law, representing both management and employees, provides a unique breadth of understanding which allows him to better represent his clients.
