Alan S. Miller is the Managing Partner of Stoneman, Chandler & Miller LLP. Mr. Miller has been listed in Best Lawyers in America and is “AV” peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell. His practice is focused on representing management in both the private and public sectors in all aspects of labor and employment law including collective bargaining, arbitration, counseling, union organizing issues, and administrative agency proceedings. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice before the federal and state courts in Massachusetts and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been the co-chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s public sector section and has spoken and participated on panels regarding private and public sector labor relations issues.

Mr. Miller is a member of the Cornell University Council and has served on its administrative board. He has also been an overseer of Boston Childrens’ Hospital and on the Board of Directors of St. Francis House.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of Cornell University and Columbia University School of Law.
